From the autumn semester 2021, Aarhus University will replace Blackboard with the new learning platform Brightspace. Students from a number of different degree programmes are currently participating in Brightspace test runs. In the autumn semester, all students at AU will have access to the new platform.

Gergo is a newly appointed postdoc in Poul Henning Jensen’s group. Previously he worked on neural development, now he’s turning his focus to neurodegenerative diseases. During his work he will investigate the molecular changes in Parkinson’s disease with a special emphasis on endoplasmic reticulum calcium responses and transcriptional alterations.
Ea Jensen is studying Molecular Medicine and is joining the Nykjær group for one year as of February 1st. Ea has received a scholarship stipend from the Danish Society for Neuroscience and will be working with Assistant Professor Lilian Kisiswa on a project entitled "The Role of SorCS1 in regulating astrocytic function in neuropsychiatric disorders".
