Vilhelm Kiers Kollegiet is one of the biggest dorms in Aarhus. With an attractive location close to campus, it is popular with both Danish and International students. All rooms have a private bathroom and 15 rooms share a common, fully equipped kitchen. The dorm has a number of common facilites like fitness, music room, bar and more. Living at Vilhelm Kiers Kollegiet gives you an opportunity to meet both Danish and international students.

Non-smoking dorm

This is a non-smoking dorm. Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the dorm. The no-smoking policy also includes your eventual guests at the dorm.

Shopping

For grocery shopping, Fakta and Netto are within a 10 min walk of the Kollegium. Storcenter Nord is a 20 min. walk away. It is a large shopping mall including a post office, Føtex for grocery shopping, and various other fashion and home décor stores. For last minute shopping later at night there is a corner store on Paludan Müllers Vej (turn left onto it from Hasle Ringvej). Bazaar Vest, a place to buy affordable ethnic food and products is about 20 min away walking distance. The bus to Århus city center is a 2 min. walk from the Kollegium.

This is a large student neighbourhood including the nearby Kollegiums at Skejby, so it will not be hard to meet other students who live in the same area. It is a half hour walk to the University.
