Social programme for new international students

 When: 12:00-15:00 - bar is open afterwards
 Where: Student café, Nordre Ringgade 3

  Come play games with us in the William Scharff Auditorium during the Welcome Day.
  When the event is over you can join us at the student bar & sun patio at Nordre Ringgade 3.

19:30-20.30: Try making a classic Danish birthday cake!
  20:30-23:00: Classic board game night & Speedfriending
  There is a bar, where you can buy beverages.
  The event is free, but doors are closed if we reach max. capacity. Should that happen, you can hang out in the bar            downstairs, where we have lots of games, or on our sunlit patio.

 Test your knowledge of your new home.
 Teams of max. 8 – you can come as a team, or we will put you together as you arrive.
 Expect fun facts and great prizes.
 There is a small bar where you can buy beverages.
 No sign up necessary, but doors close if/when we reach full capacity.

 When: 15:00-18:00, drop-in
 Where: Student café, Nordre Ringgade 3 

 Socialise, play games, celebrate your first Friday in Aarhus.
 Our volunteers will introduce you to some of their favorite games, and maybe initiate some speed-friending, so you can   get to know the other students. 
 No sign-up necessary, but doors will close when/if we reach full capacity

 When: 20:00-02:00
 Where: Stakladen, Nordre Ringgade 3 

 Kick off the semester with the biggest international welcome party in town!  
 Free entrance and good prices – plus our all-time favorite DJ.  
 We will have a lounge area if you want to just talk to your new friends and play some board games. 
 No sign-up necessary, free entrance.

 Join for Danish hygge of all kinds – we will set out our favorite board games for you to play and hygge with your new   friends! If you don’t know anyone, don’t worry, our volunteers will help you join a group!

 When: 14:00-20:00
 Where: Aarhus & the Student café, Nordre Ringgade 3 

 Get to know your new city with our big treasure hunt. This treasure hunt will lead you by all our favorite places downtown   and give you some tips on how to make the most of your stay in the city. And of course, no treasure hunt without a big   treasure for the fastest and most creative.   
 Come with a group of max. 8 or we can put together groups when you arrive.

 When: 13:00-17:00 
 Where: Andebroen, Brabrand Sø

 Join us for a breathtaking hike around the beautiful Brabrand Lake.
 Put on your best hiking shoes, clothes to fit the weather, and come say hi to the ducks, as we walk the 10 km around the   lake.

 It’s the first official international night of the new year – come celebrate with us!  
 After the International Student Organisations Fair, you can come join us in the cafe.
