Aarhus University, Business and Social Sciences, hereby invites faculty members to teach for three weeks in July and August 2027 at AU Summer University.
This is your chance to become a visiting teacher at a top 100 university — a university whose vision is to be a research-intensive institution that aspires to the highest international standards and excels in creating value through knowledge, new insights, and collaboration, as well as in facilitating connections between Denmark and the world.
For 2027 it is only possible to propose business courses within Management, Economics or Business Economics.
Candidates are expected to hold a Ph.D degree and will be selected according to their teaching and research experience, and publication record within the field of the proposed course.

Late September 2026
Candidates will be contacted if their course has been selected. Candidates should be prepared to submit an extended course proposal for final approval no later than October 1st.
Teaching periods for 2027
You can choose to run your course in
Term 1: 5 July - 23 July 2027
or
Term 2: 26 July - 13 August 2027
You are expected to teach all weekdays from 9-13, start and end date included. Class sizes range between 20 and 40 students.
Besides teaching, we expect you to assess the written exam and two retakes.
AU Housing offers housing services to international guest lecturers teaching at the AU Summer University 2026.
From your salary, you are expected to cover the cost of housing as well as other living costs incurred during your stay.
