Please be aware that Engineering courses at master/graduate level are only available for master/graduate level students.
Starting in 2027, we will offer an English-taught semester package in Plant Science, designed for 2nd and 3rd year bachelor students with a relevant academic background.
The courses are offered during the autumn semester, and you are required to select three courses from the list below:
Courses in Danish
All other bachelor courses at BSc in Plant Science, BSc in Animal Science and BSc in Veterinary Sciences are taught in Danish and are not available for non-Danish speaking exchange students. If you are fluent in Danish or a student from a Nordic country, you may be eligible to attend these Danish-taught courses. However, this is subject to availability and only possible if the courses are not fully booked. Please contact us before you apply at international.nat-tech@au.dk.
Study at AU Campus Viborg
As an exchange student you will take your courses at AU Campus Viborg, located in Foulum near Viborg.

All our master level courses are available for 4th and 5th year exchange students with a relevant academic background in Natural Sciences including Agriculture, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cytology, Zoology, Botany, Mathematics, Statistics and Probability Calculus.
1st year master courses are available for 3rd year bachelor students, if they have a strong academic background in Natural Sciences including Agriculture, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cytology, Zoology, Botany, Mathematics, Statistics and Probability.

Project Modules
Exchange students have access to Open Project modules of 5, 10 or 15 ECTS.
If you select a project module, it is your responsibility as a student to find a supervisor and subject for the project prior to your arrival in Aarhus.

Bachelor/undergraduate engineering students can choose between one of our three international semester packages:
All courses are taught in English, and the classes consist of both international and Danish students. Please follow the links to view the specific course programme for each package. You can also find the specific requirements for admission here.
These semester packages are recommended to bachelor engineering students at their third year of studies.
All our master level courses are taught in English, and they are available to exchange students with a Bachelor's degree within the field of Biological and Chemical Engineering or related subject areas with a minimum of 180 ECTS.
We recommend that you choose a combination of two specialized study packages or a combination of one specialized study package and one compulsory study package.
