Besides the study environment being different from many other countries, this also applies to the examination system at Danish universities. Your final grade will only depend on the official exams you complete during the semester. This means that you will not be graded for papers you submit, oral presentations during class or other small projects during the semester. Most courses will have a single final examination, which can be either an oral or a written exam. Some exams are passed/fail, others have grades.
