This course offers comprehensive coverage of strategic and operational perspectives of the supply chain, with emphasis on value creation and delivery, through collaborative management of suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, facilitators and customers in a dynamic environment focused on long-term profitability. As supply chains play progressively larger roles in the design and implementation of organizational strategies, supply chain management becomes more integral to firm success.
