The course aims to provide students with the overall knowledge about Lean Management. It introduces the philosophy, methods, and techniques of Lean Management, and implements interactive sessions to apply the acquired knowledge.

Felipe Martinez, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, is Assistant Professor at the Deparment of Logistics, Prague University of Economics and Business, Czech Republic. He does research in the areas of Lean Management, Six Sigma and the relationship Lean and Green.
