The main goal of this course is to present, discuss and practice different strategic methods and explore their theoretical background in business ethics. Since every level of management is shaped by its leaders, the focus of this course is on leadership.
By presuming an advanced knowledge of business administration, we will be able to enter more deeply into the material and thereby achieve more significant results. Participants should also bring with them their intellectual curiosity, and openness for behaviour changing ideas and a willingness to learn
