Lean management is a process improvement methodology that gives organisations and individuals several tools to understand and improve processes.
For this reason, this course aims to provide students with general knowledge about Lean Management. From the philosophy of Lean thinking, through various methods and techniques and ending with methods for improvement implementations.

Felipe Martinez, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, is Assistant Professor at the Deparment of Logistics, Prague University of Economics and Business, Czech Republic. He does research in the areas of Lean Management, Six Sigma and the relationship Lean and Green.
