Global South (and Global North) are terms that group countries based primarily on their socioeconomic characteristics. The Global South broadly comprises Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, Asia (excluding Israel, Japan, and South Korea), and Oceania (excluding Australia and New Zealand).The focus of this course is on current issues facing organizations in the Global South, and pragmatic, action-oriented general management skills to address these issues.

Dr. Dugal is a professor of Management at the Ancell School of Buisness at Western Connecticut State University. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in Buisness Administration.
