If you want to sublet to an international students through AU Housing, please find the conditions below.

We need:

• furnished single rooms and apartments
• rent max. 5,000 DKK (single room), 7,000 DKK (apartment)
• max distance to campus 7 km
• length of contract should be 5-12 months
• Moving in date should be January/February or August/September (we don't have student coming to Aarhus in the other months)

Here's how it works

On this page, you will find a sublet application form. The form is available from 1 October to 1 December for spring semester sublets and from 1 April to 1 June for autumn semester sublets.

Complete and submit the form in English. Once we receive it, we will share your sublet offer with relevant exchange students. If they are interested, they will contact you directly.

You decide which student you would like to sublet your accommodation to and then you send a rejection email to the other applicants.
