• Upon arrival, you must make a thorough inspection of your housing as you must submit a moving-in checklist within 3 working days after your arrival
• Any damages or necessary repairs that are not documented in the "Moving-in checklist" or occur during your stay may result in a charge
• If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please submit the moving-in checklist including photos immediately
  • NB: When moving out, the responsibility lies with the tenant to ensure a thorough cleaning following our guidelines regardless of the initial state upon arrival 
  • NB: If you have a roommate or housemates they might have moved in before your arrival and used the common areas. If this is the case, the common areas might not be as clean as they were when your roommate or housemates moved in
• If there are any issues, please document them by uploading photos
