Summer University moving-in checklist

Welcome

Welcome to your new home through AU Housing. 

Thank you for completing the moving‑in checklist. The information you provide helps us in both the moving‑in and moving‑out process. If you identify any issues, we will contact you as soon as possible.

If you have questions or experience any issues during your stay, you can find relevant information in your Summer University residence information. Here you can see whether you should contact your caretaker or AU Housing depending on the issue.

Note
  • Upon arrival, you must make a thorough inspection of your housing as you submit a moving-in checklist within 3 working days after your arrival
  • Any damages or necessary repairs that are not documented in the "Moving-in checklist" or occur during your stay may result in a charge
  • If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please submit the moving-in checklist, including photos, immediately
    • NB: We do not compensate for cleaning you choose to do upon your arrival. Please do not start cleaning if you wish for a cleaning company to come

    • NB: When moving out, the responsibility lies with the tenant to ensure a thorough cleaning following our guidelines, regardless of the initial state upon arrival 

    • NB: If you have a roommate or housemates, they might have moved in before your arrival and used the common areas. If this is the case, the common areas might not be as clean as they were when your roommate or housemates moved in

  • If there are any issues, please document them by uploading photos

If the cleaning hasn't been done sufficiently, please check "No" and describe the issue.
