Your key card is your only way to access the IC Dormitory, the respective floors and your room. You can only enter the main entrance to the building between 7.30 am - 2 pm. To enter the building after 2 pm you must use the entrance in the left corner or the back entrance to the building.
In order to enter from outside, the respective floors and your room, please swipe the card and enter the 4-digit code that was given to you.
Please keep the card with you at all times and remember your code or you will have no way to enter your room.
The plastic chip for unlocking the entrance doors at the dormitory must be updated when you move in. Update the chip by placing it in front of a sensor and holding it there until the green light has flashed four times. It’s important that you don’t remove the chip before the four flashes.
You must update the chip every fourth day hereafter. If you do not update the chip, it does not work for the door.
