AU Job and Project Bank is Aarhus University's job bank that you can use to recruit students. In the job bank, you can post jobs such as full-time jobs, student jobs, volunteer jobs or part-time jobs. You can also post internships and projects for students in the job bank.
The job bank is aimed at students at Aarhus University and graduates who have completed their education and are new to the job market.
It is free for companies to use AU Job and Project Bank. Therefore, it does not cost anything to post a position if you go to the job bank yourself and follow the instructions.
You can use the AU Job and Project Bank for the following types of job postings:
You can choose between two free types of profiles in the job bank, or you can create both types. Please note that you cannot use the same email address for both profiles.
The two types of profiles are:
Regular job postings are online for 30 days, but can be freely extended. Internship and project proposals can be online for up to 365 days.
The job bank is delivered in collaboration with Jobteaser, which is the largest provider of university job banks and is used by all Danish universities. Jobteaser also collaborates with more than 800 universities in Europe.
AU Job and Project Bank is provided by Jobteaser, which is also used by the other Danish universities. For a fee, Jobteaser can help you post a job in several universities' job banks at the same time. However, you can also do this for free by going to the other universities' job banks yourself and posting the job in each place.

Be specific about job responsibilities and tasks so graduates can identify with the role and see a clear connection between their skills and the company's needs.
Clearly describe job development opportunities and career paths that show commitment to employees' long-term growth and success.

Be open about salary and terms and provide a clear application process so candidates know what to expect and how to proceed.
Get an overview of what you're missing in your team and assess what skills a future candidate needs in order to do the job.

To keep interviews fair, make sure you have the same questions ready, keep the interview structured, be clear about what you're looking for, avoid bias and use a concrete point system.
