SyTracks Aps is based in Aarhus, Denmark and was founded in 2011 by three scientists from the Department of Chemistry, and the Interdisciplinary Nanoscience Center (iNANO), Aarhus University. SyTracks specializes in the controlled release of carbon monoxide and other low molecular weight hazardous gases from stable and solid precursors. Combined with the SyTracks two-chamber system (COware®), carbon monoxide and other gases are efficiently applied in laboratory scale synthetic transformations, including isotope labeling with both stable and radioactive carbon isotopes. SyTracks has commercialized its glassware series and solid precursors for gaseous reagents, which are sold through global vendors of laboratory consumables. Other activities in SyTracks include contract-based research and synthesis.
