The Department of Management is looking for a student assistant from 15 July 2026, until 30 June 2027 to assist with administrative and practical tasks.
What you’ll be working on
Please note that you do not need to be able to do all of the following, but preferably at least some of them.- Help develop and test new GenAI-based teaching materials, activities, and course-specific tools that teachers can use in their courses, including API-based tools, voice-based activities, RAG setups and simple simulations produced with tools such as Codex or Claude Code.
- Test the quality of existing GenAI teaching tools.
- Use qualitative and / or quantitative methods to investigate how students tend to use GenAI.
What we imagine you bring
- Interest in generative AI, education, and how people actually use these tools.
- Experience with at least some of the following: using various GenAI tools to actively facilitate your learning and work, API calls, programming experience (basic Python, JavaScript, HTML or similar). You don’t need to be an expert already, just willing to learn and help out.

Practical info
- Starting date: 15 July 2026 or as soon as possible
- Location: Department of Management, Aarhus BSS, Universitetsparken 61. You can work remotely most of the time - although we expect you to be present at work one day a week.
- Hours: 12 hours pr. Week
