We continuously work to ensure that the information on the map is accurate. If you notice missing or incorrect information, please contact the relevant function depending on where the issue occurs.

Errors in Apple Maps data

If you notice errors or missing information in the map itself, such as paths, tunnels, roads or other geographical features, this data originates from Apple Maps and cannot be corrected by Aarhus University.

These issues must therefore be reported directly to Apple:

• iPhone: Report an issue in Apple Maps
• Mac: Report an issue in Apple Maps

Errors in the underlying building data

Data on building locations, addresses, building numbers and special locations are retrieved from Dalux and maintained by AU Buildings.

Errors related to the technical display of the building map on au.dk or in the AU Find app – including the integration with Dalux and the rendering in Apple Maps – are handled by the TYPO3 team.
