Proof of your study period abroad
With regard to your Erasmus+ grant, you must have your mobility period confirmed. A mobility period may include a language course, introduction, teaching and exams. Online education and online activities are considered equal to physical mobility, as long as the student is physically present at the host destination within the mobility period.
You need to have your COA signed by your host university
When you start your studies at your host university, your host university must sign your Confirmation of arrival (COA). Once you have finished your studies and are about to depart from your host university, your host university must sign your Confirmation of departure (COD).
Your Confirmation of arrival must confirm the first date of your mobility period (the first date of study activity at your host university - not the date of arrival in your host country).
Your planned start and end dates are indicated in your Erasmus+ Grant agreement. Those dates will be overruled by the dates in this document (if your stay turns out to be shorter). You are responsible for ensuring that you have the correct mobility period confirmed in this document before submitting it via the Erasmus+ Portal.
Where to find this Confirmation?
You will receive an email from the Erasmus+ office at AU before the beginning of your studies abroad. Attached to this email, you will find the Confirmation of attendance (Confirmation of arrival is part of this document).
You must submit your signed Confirmation of arrival via the Erasmus+ Portal.
In case of changes in courses (after the first version), you will need to have your Learning agreement updated and approved by you, your international coordinator at your faculty at AU, and your host university.
If you have any questions on how to fill in your Learning Agreement, we advise you to contact your international coordinator at your faculty at AU.
Online version
If you are using the online version you will need to Edit LA via the Erasmus+ Portal.
Pdf/paper version
If you are using the pdf/paper version you will need to submit the updated and signed version on the Erasmus+ Portal.
