Aarhus University Seal / Aarhus Universitets segl

Aarhus University will be opening its doors to the general public for the Festival of Research about TIME on Thursday 28 April 2022 from 14:00 to 18:00. The event will take place in and around Stakladen at Aarhus University, Fredrik Nielsens Vej 2, 8000 Aarhus C.

Will time heal all wounds? Time to face your fears? Will time erase the traces of time? Answers to these questions and many more will be presented in an accessible and engaging way by our researchers at this event.

Come and join us when we transform Stakladen and the surrounding lecture rooms into a playground for curious minds. We will be offering creative, fun and exciting presentations to showcase the research being conducted at Aarhus University. In the lecture rooms around Stakladen, you can listen to speed lectures all afternoon, and, in the foyer area, you can get close to our researchers, experience exhibitions and participate in workshops and hands-on experiments.

We will be offering a variety of activities for the general public to attend, including a broad presentation of research areas from all our faculties at Aarhus University. There will certainly be a topic you will have TIME to dive into!

We look forward to seeing you at this year's in-person Festival of Research at Aarhus University!

How to find Stakladen

There is a limited amount of parking spaces at Fredrik Nielsens Vej.
We recommend parking at Rødkløvervej or Jens Baggesens Vej instead.
