Section 3.-(1) Students who fail to meet the active enrolment requirement pursuant to sections 1 and 2 are not permitted to continue their degree programme. In such cases, the students’ enrolment is terminated.

Subsection (2) Termination of enrolment may only take place in the event that the university has ensured that the student has had the opportunity to make three exam attempts on the exams taken in the first year of the programme given the active enrolment requirement of 45 ECTS credits, three exam attempts on the exams taken in the second year of the programme given the active enrolment requirement of 90 ECTS, and three exam attempts on the exams taken in the third year of the programme given the active enrolment requirement of 135 ECTS credits.
