Make sure to have health insurance when you go abroad. The yellow card is not enough.
You can order the blue card (EU health insurance) at www.borger.dk.
You will get access to medical treatment and hospital care, medicine and urgent care. You will have the same rights as the citizens in your host country. Be aware that you may have to pay some of the expenses yourself - check the rules in your host country.
* Note that you are not covered by the blue card when going to Turkey or UK.
