WPA 2019: The survey is closed – results published on 9 April
71 per cent of Aarhus University’s employees have completed the psychological/physical WPA questionnaire. The results will be published on 9 April, after which the local follow-up processes will begin.
The first phase of the psychological WPA survey process is now concluded, and the total response rate was 71 per cent. Over the coming weeks, the responses will be analysed, and the analyses will be published in a series of reports: the main report for AU as a whole, a report for each faculty and for the administration, reports for departments/schools, centres, administrative divisions and their subunits.
On 9 April every employee will receive an email from the consultant firm Rambøll with a link to the results, which will be published on the website for WPA 2019.
When the results have been published, the focus will be on the local dialogue meetings. This is where you as an employee will have an opportunity to discuss the results and contribute to the follow-up process, which will results in decisions about priorities and action areas that will help ensure a good work environment in your unit.
