Welcome to Kristoffer Højgaard who is new visiting PhD student in Tomonori Takeuchi's group
Kristoffer recently returned to the group from a year in Morris’ lab in Edinburgh, where he did in vivo studies of hippocampus-dependent memory in rats. As visiting student at DANDRITE he will be continuing working with behavior studies in animals. The projects are going to explore mechanism of novelty-enhanced hippocampus-dependent spatial memory involved in the behavioral tagging.
Kristoffer is here under co-supervising with Tomonori Takeuchi. His main superviser is Betina Elfving at Transnational Neuropsychiatry Unit.
