RejsUd: Enter your settlements – before you get a salary reduction
The faculty management team at Health has decided that unsettled credit card transactions in RejsUd that are more than 90 days old will in future result in a salary deduction.
When you use your AU credit card, you must settle the expense in RejsUd as quickly as possible. Failure to do so within 90 days will in future mean that the amount in question will automatically be deducted from your salary.
This decision has been made at the request of the departments as they find it difficult to cope with the administrative burden involved in sending reminders for expense settlements. A similar reminder procedure has already been implemented at the Faculty of Science and Technology.
The new reminder procedure comes into force after the summer holiday. You should also be aware that you will not be able to enter settlements in RejsUd in the period 3-21 May 2019.
