New hotline offers support and advice on matters concerning personal data
As a result of the great demand for advisory services concerning protection of personal data, Corporate Relations and Technology Transfer (TTO) now opens a new hotline on a trial basis. The new hotline can be used by members of AU staff who have specific questions concerning protection of personal data.
What can you expect?
- You can get answers to short and specific questions about protection of personal data.
- You cannot get answers to questions about IT security.
- You cannot get data processing agreements and consent forms approved over the phone.
- If you already have an ongoing case, you cannot get answers to specific questions regarding the case.
