NIKLAS LÅNGSTRÖM, MD, PhD, is a specialist physician, professor of child & adolescent psychiatry at Uppsala University, Sweden and guest professor of psychiatric epidemiology at Karolinska Institutet. He studies developmental pathways, causal factors, concurrent difficulties, and consequences of mental illness in children and young people; violent and sexual offending and non-normative sexuality in youth and adults.

SÂMIA JOCA, MSc(pharm), PhD, is associate professor at School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Ribeirão Preto, University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Her research is on the neurobiology of psychiatric illnesses, especially depression and anxiety using preclinical models and molecular approaches.
