Holiday pay becomes digital
Holiday pay can now be found digitally, and holiday certificates will no longer be issued.
The Danish Parliament, Folketinget, has decided that it must be possible to see and apply for holiday pay digitally from and including the year of accrual 2014. Therefore, it is now possible to use the digital self-service, Feriepengeinfo, at www.borger.dk to see your holiday pay from Aarhus University.
Aarhus University will therefore no longer issue holiday certificates. Instead, a letter with the relevant information will be sent from Feriepengeinfo to your E-Boks. This letter contains information about accrued holiday and holiday pay and information about where and how to apply.
