The Research Support Office invites AU employees to three different Horizon 2020 events focusing on writing professional and competitive project applications. The events will take place on 3-4 June 2015.

Are you considering applying for a Horizon 2020 project and do you need guidance on how to write a professional and competitive proposal? Perhaps you want some input to help write an Impact and Abstract section so you sell your project idea in the best possible way, or maybe you are a Horizon 2020 Advisor and want to develop your skills even more.

The Research Support Office invites AU employees to participate in three different Horizon 2020 events led by the inspirational Dr Seán McCarthy, who has been involved in all aspects of European research since 1980 as researcher, research manager, research group manager and research director.

  • How to Write a Competitive Proposal for Horizon 2020
    The aim of this course is to train researchers, research managers and research support services in writing professional and competitive proposals for the Horizon 2020.

  • Workshop for Horizon 2020 Advisors
    The aim of this workshop is to develop the skills of Horizon 2020 Advisors so they can provide effective support services to researchers affiliated AU departments and research centres.
