Having trouble with Blackboard? Contact the new support desk
On 1 April, a new independent support desk for Blackboard opened. The support desk will provide technical support and respond to inquiries about functionality.
In practice, if you need technical support for Blackboard, this means that you should contact Blackboard support from now on: by phone (8715 0575 )or online (web form).
Opening hours: Monday-Thursday 9.00-15.00 and Fridays 9.00-14.00.
Previously the study system support desk under AU Student Administration and Services handled Blackboard support. The new separate support desk has been established in connection with the new EDU IT H
