Face masks are now mandatory in all AU canteens
Anyone who enters the canteens at Aarhus University that are open to the public must wear a face mask for the time being.
To fight the spread of COVID-19 infection in Denmark, on Friday 18 September the government introduced a new face mask requirement. This mean that everyone must now wear a face mask in canteens at Aarhus University – specifically the canteens that are open to the public. If the face mask requirement applies to a particular canteen, there will be signs informing visitors.
So remember to pack a face mask in your bag if you want to buy something from one of AU’s canteens. You don’t have to wear a face mask inside the canteen when seated or outside the canteen.
