DKK 200,000 for study on treatment injuries

Clinical associate professor Søren Paaske Johnsen from Department of Clinical Epidemiology has received a grant of DKK 195,700 from the Tryg Foundation for the study ”Treatment injuries in public hospitals in Denmark 2006-2012”. The project will include analyses of all awarded compensations to investigate whether particular departments or treatments or issues related to the patient increases the risk of treatment-related injuries.
