The payment of the first months' rent should occur immediately after you have received and confirmed your housing offer, which you receive via email. This email contains a link to our online housing reservation system/payment system through which you can only pay by credit card.
Every following month you will receive a payment reminder by email. This email will contain a link through which you can pay your rent via our online payment system using a credit card.

By accepting the housing offer, you become legally bound by the housing contract and the deposit. This means that you have to comply with the termination notice deadlines stated in your contract and pay the monthly rent according to the contract until the tenancy is terminated.
