Strategic Management of Risk

Organizations today face an unprecedented array of risks, ranging from cyber-attacks to natural disasters to global pandemics. Understanding the threat posed by these kinds of risks and working out strategies to manage them is thus of vital importance to organizations in today’s business environment. On this course you will learn about the different strategies that organizations in different sectors have adopted to try and deal with such risks. You will also learn about the various challenges that organizations face when trying to design and implement effective strategies to manage risk.
