Service Management and Marketing

The aim of this course is to provide an in-depth understanding of how services are conceptualized, designed and managed. Marketing issues will be within a broader general service management context. This course provides a strong managerial orientation and strategic focus but with necessary links to theory.

The grade for the course consists of two parts:

  • Coursework counting app. 40 %
  • 3-hour written exam counting app. 60 %

The written exam is online and presence in Aarhus is not nescessary.

A Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration or a related degree
