Throughout the course, we will also understand how the 2008-2010 financial crisis and the economic globalization and the increasing integration of capital markets has affected the recent developments in corporate governance.

This course has been designed for those interested in corporate governance from a legal perspective and the course will enable students to engage critically with key debates in contemporary corporate governance and provide relevant background for those interested in legal work.
