Enabling Digital Transformation in Manufacturing and Supply Chains

Digital transformation affects all aspects of business and private life. But don't fall for the hype. »Digitalization« is not a one-size-fits-it-all solution.  An informed approach to combining new technologies with old truths is needed.

The course uses a mix of readings, case studies and practical experience to provide a balanced overview of the international perspective on digital transformation, digital transformation in logistics & supply chain, business process management, supply chain risk management, supply network optimization and the challenges and opportunities of the Internet-of-things.
They say: go digital or die. I add: Take the right path.
