The main objective of the course is to introduce the students to the concept of new space and CubeSat mission thereby allowing them to follow a career with in the space industry.
In the course the students will be introduced to the basic concepts of designing, building and operating a CubeSat.
The students will be selected so they compose a broad cohort covering subjects like, Physics, Astronomy, Data Science, Geology, Biology, Engineering and related subjects thereby allowing the students to be trained in working in an interdisciplinary environment as is characteristic for the (new) space sector.
The course is part of the Danish Student CubeSat Program (DISCO), but participation in DISCO is not a requirement for taking the course.
