After several virtual meetings it’s now time to meet in real life. Aarhus University therefore invites you to the Circle U. Staff Week taking place on October 4th- 6th 2022.
It will be three days with lots of opportunities to meet and network with Circle U. colleagues, get inspired, share and discuss best practices and get to know Arhus University and the city of Aarhus.
Circle U. has rather ambitious goals for increasing student mobility and meanwhile commits to sustainability in all its actions. The overall purpose of this staff week is to bring together staff that work with mobility as a way to share best practices and spark ideas on how to reach these goals. We will be looking at predefined tracks, the use of internships and promotion strategies as a way to increase student mobility between our universities. With a presentation of AU sustainability initiatives as our starting point we will also be discussing how to make mobility between our universities more sustainable.
The programme will be a mix of presentations, discussions and workshops. Faculty Afternoon also offers you the opportunity to meet with representatives from the Faculties of Aarhus University or The International Centre to explore possible collaborations. You will choose which faculty /centre to visit in the application form. Finally the week also includes a campus tour and a welcome dinner, and you will get to visit the famous art museum ARoS.
In case of interest there will be room for Circle U. Task Force meetings during the week.
You can find a more detailed programme in the sections below, where you will also find practical information.
The primary target group is administrative staff working with student mobility within the Circle U. Alliance. Academics working with exchange agreements and mobility are also welcome.
