On Wednesday 28 April 2021 Aarhus University will be inviting the public to join the online version of the Festival of Research. We will bring the research into your home with a whole range of online speed lectures, video shows and fun activities. Experience live speed lectures: from a visit to the coldest place in the universe to homicide from the perspective of a medical examiner, beetle hamburgers as our future meal, music as a means to soothe sleep disturbance, and the mental health among pupils during the corona pandemic.
Try do-it-yourself chemistry experiments with ‘Kemishow’, take a journey into the darkness in the zombie land ‘Haunted House’ – and visit the basement at the Steno Museum to learn about the history of epidemics.
We will be offering a variety of activities for the general public to attend, including a broad presentation of research areas from hard-core science to health science, arts and social studies. There will be activities for everybody!
This website will be regularly updated.
