The successful applicant is expected to contribute significantly to the department’s research and teaching environment and to promote the overall research strategy of the School.

The successful applicant is expected to teach and supervise students at Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD level and to carry out individual and group-based research of the highest international standard, which contributes to the development of the academic field.

Applicants should have a strong academic background as associate professor or equivalent. Furthermore, applicants should have the following qualifications:

- A proven record of outstanding research, as evidenced by a strong international reputation and recognised articles in top international journals.
- A track record of excellence in teaching on topics relevant for our study programmes.
- A clear, well-developed and viable strategy for future outstanding research that will result in world-class publications.
- A track record of good citizenship in the wider academic community combined with commitment to contributing to a vibrant work environment in our department.
- Commitment to sharing insights and knowledge with the broader society and prioritising dialogue with practitioners.
- A commitment to teaching that gives students relevant competences as well as the ability to reflect critically on business problems.
- The ability and willingness to attract external research funding.
