About the International Centre

International Centre provides services for international students, staff and guests at Aarhus University. It also houses the IC Dorm – housing for international PhD students – and Dale’s Café.

The International Centre is home to two offices: International Office, Studies and International Academic Staff Services.

  • Getting Started every other Friday – Welcoming event and assistance to international researchers and their family when registering with the Danish Authorities
  • Introduction courses for international PhD students and members of staff
  • Checklists for AU researchers planning a period abroad
  • Danish language courses for international staff and guest researchers
  • The University International Club promotes the social integration of new international researchers and PhD students through a broad range of seminars and meetings every week all year around.
